1. INTRODUCTION

Roobet.com is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V., (hereinafter “Roobet”, “Company”, “We” or “Us”), a company duly incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with the company number 157205, and registered office at Korporaalweg 10, Curaçao, that operates the website www.roobet.com under the license 8048/JAZ2021-031 issued by the Government of Curacao.

2. DEFINITIONS:

Bonus Feature rewards are available for all eligible members of the Roobet VIP program. This promotion will run monthly, on the third Thursday, until further notice. Eligible participants will receive a Bonus Buy based on the previous month’s Qualified Wagering (QW) total.

Qualified Wager (QW), Defined:

• Games with an RTP of 97% or less will contribute 100% to QW (for example: most slots)
• Games with an RTP above 97% will contribute 50%
• Games with an RTP of 98% and above will contribute 10% (for example: Dice and Sportsbook)

All eligible Users will receive one of eleven levels of Bonus Buy packages. The Slot Games will be chosen at the Company's sole discretion. The following tiers are available based on Qualified Wagers:‍

• Tier 1: $100,000 – $199,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($150 value)
• Tier 2: $200,000 – $299,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($300 value)
• Tier 3: $300,000 – $399,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($450 value)
• Tier 4: $400,000 – $499,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($600 value)
• Tier 5: $500,000 – $749,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($750 value)
• Tier 6: $750,000 – $999,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($1,125 value)
• Tier 7: $1,000,000 – $1,999,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($1,500 value)
• Tier 8: $2,000,000 – $2,999,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($3,000 value)
• Tier 9: $3,000,000 – $3,999,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($4,500 value)
• Tier 10: $4,000,000 – $4,999,999 to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($6,000 value)
• Tier 11: $5,000,000+ to receive a percentage of estimated game revenue in a Bonus Buy ($7,500 value)

3. ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All wagering must be made during the previous 30 days leading up to the reward date, based on Qualified Wagering (QW) activity.
• You will automatically receive the highest available level of Bonus Buy package. You cannot claim more than one level per month.
• You have 7 (seven) days after receiving your Bonus Buy to use it. The Bonus Buy cannot be used on slots other than the qualifying game(s) of the month. After 7 (seven) days of not being used, the Bonus Buy will expire and can no longer be used. Exchanging the Bonus Buy for any other currency is not possible. Failure to use the Bonus Buy within the period mentioned above will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Buy reward and potential winnings.
