1. Introduction

Roobet.com is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V., (hereinafter “Roobet”, “Company”, “We” or “Us”), is a company duly incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company number 157205, and registered office a tKorporaalweg 10, Curacao, Curaçao, that operates the website www.roobet.com under the license OGL/2024/687/0427 issued by the Government of Curacao.

The Roobet Prediction Market is a cooperation with Polymarket; Polymarket operates globally through separate legal entities. Polymarket US is operated by QCX LLC d/b/a Polymarket US, a CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market. This international platform is not regulated by the CFTC and operates independently.

All Fiat transactions are processed by Raw Entertainment Ltd, Reg No HE421735, having its registered address at Voukourestiou, 25, Neptune House, 1st Floor, Flat/Office11, Zakaki, 3045, Limassol, Cyprus which is a company of the Roobet group that acts as a paying and operational agent on behalf of Raw Entertainment B.V.

2. ACCEPTANCE

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO YOU, ACCESSING AND USING THE MARKET AND WEBSITE. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS REGARDING YOUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THOSE TERMS, PLEASE SEEK LEGAL ADVICE IN THE JURISDICTION FROM WHICH YOU ARE ACCESSING THE WEBSITE.

IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THOSE TERMS, PLEASE REFRAIN YOURSELF FROM ACCESSING THE WEBSITE AND PARTICIPATING IN THE MARKET.

ALL OF ROOBETS TERMS OF SERVICE AND ASSOCIATES POLICIES AND GUIDELINES APPLY TO THE USAGE OF THE PREDICTION MARKET POWERED BY POLYMARKET.

3. Definitions

3.1. Account or User Account: refers to a Your User Account created on https://roobet.com/

3.2. Bet and Wager: refer to every participation in any game on the Website.

3.3. Game and Games: refers to any gambling Services on the Website, including games of skill, games of chance, games of risk and sports bets, and esports.

3.4. Iron Pouch: refers to your on-site wallet where your funds are stored.

3.5. Restricted Territories: Refers to all Jurisdictions banned from the Website. Residents of the following jurisdictions and territories may not access the Website or register an Account on it: Aruba, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Gibraltar, Haiti, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Malta, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Ontario, Portugal, Saba, Saint Maarten, Saint Martin, South Sudan, Spain, Statia, Syria, Sweden, United States, United Kingdoms, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

3.6. Service(s): refer to services made available on the website, namely all Games, chat rooms, support interactions, and other features such as deposits, tips, withdrawals and bonus that are available on the Website or associated with it.

3.7. Terms: refers to this agreement which is made up of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus and Promotion Policy, Game and Sportsbook Policy, and Roobet Chat Rules.

3.8. You, User or Player: refers to each natural individual that has an Account at https://roobet.com/

3.9. Market: refers to the Roobet Betting Market powered by Polymarket

4. The Prediction Market and its Features

4.1. The Market contains different functionality – one part provides information about global news and events (the “Information Site”), while another part contains a feature that allows users to send messages to the Polygon blockchain network in an entirely self-directed manner in order to engage in trades for certain event-based contracts (the “Contracts”).

4.2 Certain of the Features, including the Platform, were developed by a separate entity, Blockratize, Inc. (“Blockratize”). Blockratize is a developer of software, and the Company is a licensee of such software. Neither the Company nor Blockratize operates a cryptoasset or derivatives exchange platform or offer trade execution or clearing services and, therefore, neither has control concerning your transactions using the Features.

4.3 The pricing information provided on the Market relating to Contracts does not represent an offer, a solicitation of an offer, or any advice regarding, or recommendation to enter into, a transaction with the Company.

5. Changes to the Roobet Prediction Market

5.1 Roobet and Polymarket market reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, substitute, eliminate, restrict access to, or add to the Market and Website, any other Interface, or any Feature at any time and from time to time, with or without notice to you, including deleting or otherwise materially modifying content and information.

5.2 We may, at our sole discretion, from time to time and with or without prior notice to you, modify, suspend or disable (temporarily or permanently) the Market, any other Interface, or the Features, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, to only allow open contracts to be closed. Upon termination of your access, your right to use the Market, any other Interface, or the Features will immediately cease.

5.3 We will not be liable for any losses suffered by you resulting from any modification to any Website or Market, any other Interface, or Features or from any modification, suspension, or termination, for any reason, of your access to all or any portion of the Market, any other Interface, or the Features.

5.4 The Market, any other Interface, and the Features may evolve, which means the Company may apply changes, replace, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Market, any other Interface, or the Features at any time in its sole discretion.

6. Your Responsibilities, & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 You agree to access, use or otherwise interact with the Roobet Betting Market by Polymarket and any other Interface, and Features only in an authorized, proper and appropriate manner and in accordance with the Roobet Terms and with all applicable laws.
You agree that you will not:

• a. Violate any Applicable Laws or regulations through your access to or use of the Market, any other Interface, or the Features;
• b. Engage in activity that violates any Applicable Laws, rules, or regulations concerning the integrity of the Market, any other Interface, and the Features, including but not limited to, by:
• c. Engaging in any fraudulent act or scheme to defraud, deceive, trick or mislead;
• Entering, or attempting to enter, any buy or sell order on the basis of confidential information relating to the outcome or likely outcome of the event underlying such Contract, where trading on such information would constitute a breach of a pre-existing duty of trust and confidence owed to another person or entity;
• d. Entering, or attempting to enter, any buy or sell order on the basis of confidential information relating to the outcome or likely outcome of the event underlying such Contract, where such information was obtained from, or such order was directed or solicited by, a person who owed a pre-existing duty of trust and confidence to another person or entity, if you know or have reason to know that trading on such information by the person who communicated it or directed or solicited the order would be prohibited by these Terms;
• e. Entering, or attempting to enter, any buy or sell order if you hold a position of authority or influence sufficient to affect the outcome of the event underlying such Contract, or if you have been directed or solicited to enter such order by a person who holds such a position of authority or influence;
• f. Engaging in disruptive trading practices, including but not limited to (i) spoofing (i.e., placing any buy or sell order without a bona fide intent to transact and with the intent to cancel before execution); (ii) front-running; (iii) placing fictitious transactions; (iv) cornering, or attempted cornering; (v) wash trading (e.g., placing or accepting any buy and sell order in the same contract, where you know or reasonably should know that the purpose of the orders is to avoid taking a bona fide market position exposed to market risk); (vi) violating bids or offers; or (vii) knowingly making any bid or offer for the purpose of making a market price that does not reflect the true state of the market;
• Coordinating, colluding, or acting in concert with any other person for the purpose of moving, fixing, artificially influencing a Contract price, or otherwise g. acting to the determine of the integrity of the market;
• h. Entering or attempting to enter into any buy or sell order that does not result in a change in beneficial ownership, or that is structured or arranged in a i. manner designed to preserve economic exposure in the same hands while creating the appearance of a transfer of ownership;
• j. Manipulative trading;
• k. Engaging in any conduct that circumvents or attempts to circumvent the exposure of any Contract to open and competitive bidding; or
• l. Any other trading activity that, in the discretion of the Company or Blockratize, is abusive, improper or disruptive.
• m. Exploit the Market, any other Interface, or Features for any unauthorized purpose;
• n. Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques, security measures or access controls that the Company employs on the Market, including, without limitation, through the use of a VPN or similar measures;
• o. Use the Market, any other Interface, or Features in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Market, any other Interface, or Features or interfere with any other party’s use or enjoyment or the Market, any other Interface, or Features;
• p. Use the Market, any other Interface, or the Features, in any way that is, in our sole discretion, libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, stalking, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable or likely or intended to incite, threaten, facilitate, promote, or encourage hate, racial intolerance, or violent acts against others;
• q. Use the Market, any other Interface, or the Features for or on behalf of any person residing in a jurisdiction that we have, in our sole discretion, determined is a jurisdiction where the use of the Market, any other Interface, or the Features is prohibited, including all Restricted Jurisdictions;

6.3 You hereby acknowledge and agree that using the Roobet Betting Markt, any other Interface, and/or Features may result in tax consequences. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether there are any tax consequences from any transactions you initiate using the Market, any other Interface, or Features, and you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws in your tax resident jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 The Company, Polymarket, Blockratize or its licensors own all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Market, any other Interface, and Features, including any related content and technology, unless otherwise indicated. Subject to the Terms, the Company hereby grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use, copy, and distribute in connection with such use the Website, any other Interface, and Features. This license is solely intended to allow you to access, use or otherwise interact with the Website or Market, any other Interface, and Features.

7.2 You acknowledge and agree that you do not receive any other rights to the Website and Market, any other Interface, or Features other than those specified in the Terms. Certain Features may be provided to you under a separate license, such as the AGPL 3.0, the MIT License, or another open source (or other) license; third party features or applications integrated into the Website and Market or Features may be subject to other or additional intellectual property licenses and thus, you must review any terms relevant to those third party features or applications to determine the relevant license applicable thereto. You agree you will not violate the terms of any such separate license.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability for the Roobet Betting Market

8.1 By accessing the Website, any other Interface, or Features, you hereby acknowledge and agree that the Company cannot and does not guarantee the functionality, security, or availability of the Betting Market. The technologies on which the Website, any other Interface, or Features rely may be subject to sudden changes and we cannot and do not guarantee that your access to the Market and/or Website, any other Interface, or Features or the ability to transact thereon will be uninterrupted or error free or that your cryptoassets will be secure at all times. You assume all risks related thereto.

8.2 Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall We be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use (or misuse) of the Service even if We had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages

9. Conflict Resolution for the Prediction Market with Polymarket and Roobet

9.1 In case of any dispute you warrant to first contact our Support Team about any potential dispute. If you dispute is not resolved within 30 days or you do not agree with the result of the Dispute, you agree that before starting a lawsuit you will start a Arbitration procedure in accordance with Curaçao law. 9.2. You acknowledge that you must raise all legal issues first to the Roobet Risk Team in written form through a lawyer by contacting requests@roobet.com .

9.3 Roobet may forward cases for resolution to Polymarket at its sole discretion, when necessary. When forwarding a ticket Roobet may ask you to fill out the Polymarket ticket form, before forwarding and/or processing the request or dispute.

9.4. You acknowledge all requests, conflicts and legal cases raised to Polymarket are governed by the Polymarket Terms of Service and conflict resolution guidelines found at: https://polymarket.com/tos

10. Roobet Rewards and Promotions

10.1 You acknowledge that all Roobet Prediction Market Bets do not contribute towards Roobet Rewards, Roobet Levels and the Roobet Vaults progress.

10.2 All Market Bets are not eligible for any Roobet Promotion or Roobet Rewards.

10.3 Roobet Bonus Balance and Free Bets may not be used on the Roobet Prediction Market.

11. Referrals and Affiliates

11.1 All Roobet Prediction Market Bets are excluded from the Roobet Refferal and Affilliate program and do those Bets do not generate any commission or reward.

11.2 Roobet User Accounts wagers on the Roobet Prediction Market do not count towards the Wager per User requirements for Affilaites. Roobet User Accounts who do not wager on the Roobet Casino shall not be counted towards the number of individual Referrals.

12. Limitation on contribution towards wager requirement

12.1 Bets placed on the Roobet Prediction Market do not count towards any Cash or Crypto withdrawal requirement.

12.2 Bets placed on the Market do not count towards Casino, House Game or Sportsbook wager goals.

12.3 You acknowledge that you may have to place additional bets on Roobet to fullfill wager requirements of your account.

13. Fees and Requirements for the Prediction Market

13.1 All Bets placed on the Roobet Prediction Market are subject to a 2% Fee, which is added on top of the wagers.

13.2 You acknowledge that you must comply with Roobets KYC standards to place Bets on the Market and withdraw your payouts from the Market.
